Norman W. Simons
Norman Simons is now enjoying the life of retirement after 50 years practicing with the firm. His practice had a general law focus with a particular emphasis on commercial and corporate law. In over fifty years of practice he dealt with construction law, commercial leases, large and small real estate transactions, and litigation involving personal injury claims and financial and contract disputes.
Norman graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts and earned his Law degree in 1954. He studied International Law at the Sorbonne in Paris from 1954 to 1956 and music at the Normale School of Music. Norman is also bilingual.
Norman enjoys spending with his family and continuing his music studies.

Roger C. Stephens
Roger Stephens has a general law practice with particular emphasis on civil litigation. He has had success in major litigation matters, but also acts as an advocate for “the little guy.” Roger also works on behalf of clients who are involved in:
- Construction disputes
- Debt collection
- Estate litigation
- Real estate transactions
- Corporate and commercial matters
- Preparation of wills
- Administration of estates
Roger was admitted to the bar in 1992. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honors) in History from the University of Alberta, and earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
When not in his office, Roger serves on a number of community boards and likes spending time with his family, skiing, playing hockey, coaching soccer, and working in his garage.

Kevin D. Mah
Kevin D. Mah was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2007. He has an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta.
Since joining the firm, Kevin has established himself as a general law practitioner with emphasis on general litigation and real estate matters.
Kevin is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association.
